We provide a range of services to go with your preferred accounting solution.

Our services include consultation, selection, implementation, training and support.

In short, we make sure that your investment in your preferred accounting solution is maximised.

Each of these services is optional, and how much or how little of the services is required depends very much on your organisation, it's setup and budget. Like pieces of a puzzle, you select the services you require.

Our services are not restricted to the initial stages. You can engage us at any time, even after you have been using the system for a while. For instance, you can actually start by just purchasing the system, and if required, engage us to provide training at a later stage.

 

We study the requirements of your business including processes and staff capabilities.

Management reporting requirements are also analyzed so that the decision making process is enhanced and ensures that your businesses functions are streamlined.

 

We then evaluate the available solutions and if possible, adapt the selected solution to the needs of the business. The criteria for selection of the solution is that it meets with at least 85% of the requirements.

Note that no one off the shelf solution can meet the exact needs of your business. While most standard accounting packages can be adapted, businesses will have to also adapt to the way the new system works.

 

Implementation involves adapting the selected solution to your requirements and also adpating business processes to the way the system works.

Design of business stationery, templates, etc
We customise your business stationery, design your chart of accounts to optimise reporting requirements and create templates for recurring transations to streamline the data entry process.

Data migration
If required, we also asssist in migrating data from an existing system to the new one. This, however, very much depends on the existing system.

Data entry
We can also provide staff to key in existing data and bring your new system up to date, if required.

 

We train your staff on how to use the selected solution on a day-to-day basis.

This training can be conducted either at your premises or at our training centre.

 

DeltaTech's post implementation support packages to end-users can take the form of on-site or off-site support. Subscribers of our annual maintenance plans get priority support within 24 hours.

We also do provide support on a per call basis support.

Support also takes the form of monthly newsletters and a forum for users to discuss issues relating to the use of the system.

The newsletters and forum is free and available to all regardless of whether they subscribe to a maintenance service plan
